The Elantra starts with the exciting SE trim. First, let's talk about what's under the hood! The engine is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that doles out 147 horsepower and pairs with a continuously variable automatic transmission. Features for the SE are very plentiful as this trim is anything but base level. Standard features include cloth upholstery, a height-adjustable driver's seat, air conditioning, a four-speaker audio system, and a large 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SEL trim is filled with convenience features. It comes with keyless entry with a push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, and a six-speaker audio system. Additionally, the SEL comes with several option packages. The first is a Convenience package with adaptive cruise control, an enhanced forward collision system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a wireless smartphone charging pad in its repetiteur. There is also a Premium package with a dark chrome front grille, LED headlights and taillights, sunroof, and Hyundai's Digital Key.

There is a lot to love about the Limited trim as it's as top-of-the-line as you can get! It comes with leather-trimmed seats, an enhanced voice recognition system, and rear parking sensors. Additionally, you get a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen. Best of all, the Limited has an available Hyundai Blue package that has a 1.6-liter hybrid powertrain that has 139 horsepower. This package also comes with heated front seats, heated mirrors, and LED taillights.

The highest trim you can get for the Elantra is the N Line, and it's dedicated to more sporty features. With this trim, you can get a more powerful engine which is a 1.6-liter four-cylinder that pumps out an impressive 201 horsepower that can pair with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. In addition, tons of features are available for the N Line, as you can get 18-inch alloy wheels with performance tires, sport-tuned springs, and a combination of leather and cloth seats. If you want a little more bang for your buck, there is also an Elantra N version with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 276 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque that pairs with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. As for features, the Elantra N has 19-inch alloy wheels with high-performance summer tires, larger brakes, sport front seats, and a unique exterior front fascia.
